I'm sorry, But who was the braindead moron who felt like you needed to have the OVER LVL 20 HEavy Armor mastery, for a NO GRADE under 20 level item... It is quite dumb and brainrotted.

If you only need to tank in party you won't need speed and attack speed that much, if you run a lot and prefer playing solo then buy a light armor set. I suppose that was the idea.

You can pull up your pants when you are on spot and don't need high speed
