I like to scour through the Lineage 2 category on Twitch and YouTube, and every time I notice the lack of quality streamers. The majority of streams are people with no cam, no mic, and music blasting, just extremely low quality in general. So I was wondering if anyone knows any high-quality English-speaking streamers that have shown interest in this server?

Sadly, that seems to be the case; to be fair, lots of the more quality streamers would get bullied by Innova and get their steam shutdown. So it's really not even possible to have proper quality with this game.

Generally, it's hard for high-quality streamers to emerge on Twitch/YouTube due to the issue with IP rights violations. If you're streaming L2 on a freeshard server, Innova (the publishing company that owns L2) will go after you and take you down since, from a legal perspective, the streamer is stealing their intellectual property. That's the root cause of why Lineage 2 doesn't have a lot of publicity to begin with. You might want to try Trovo, though.
all high quality streamers play exclusively for cash rewards. the policy of this server is that money is not paid to anyone. so no, only enthusiast streamers will be here.
So what you are saying is cash reward = high-quality streamers? This just isn't true when it comes to L2, though; there have been servers with cash rewards for streamers, and the quality of streamers still has been low. Enthusiastic streamers can also be high quality. Lots of L2 streamers miss the whole point of streaming, which is interaction and community building. They all just play the game and have music blasting without interacting with anyone. The bar for "high-quality" streamers in the L2 category is basically just having a mic, proper audio balancing, and answering questions from the chat. That's what a high-quality streamer would be in this context.
Basically, L2 players are stuck in the early 2000s, still posting edgy PVP montages, and that's it. Trying to relive the mom basement era.
